  背景介紹

  Background

  本文以力敏材料為基礎(chǔ),通過對應(yīng)力場反演方法展開研究,實現(xiàn)了輪胎應(yīng)力測量的可視化。首先,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有輪胎的特征設(shè)計了新型力敏傳感智能輪胎,分析了力敏智能輪胎的結(jié)構(gòu)特點;其次,建立了力敏智能輪胎有限元模型,研究了力敏智能輪胎在充氣狀態(tài)、靜態(tài)受載、結(jié)構(gòu)破損三種狀態(tài)下應(yīng)力及變形情況,,構(gòu)建了力敏智能輪胎電壓測量方法,并對導(dǎo)電硅橡膠材料的力敏性能進(jìn)行了實驗驗證,分析了不同狀態(tài)、不同載荷下導(dǎo)電硅橡膠材料的應(yīng)力反演情況.
